The Str*pper Co-op is a diverse, worker-led collective committed to disrupting the historically exploitative stripping industry by empowering str*pper-workers with collective control over working conditions and profits. We center camaraderie over competition, practicing the “sharing the bag” ethos to ensure equity, support, and solidarity among our members. Through our unique pop-up strip shows, we create spaces that celebrate diversity, agency, and self-representation, offering empowering and creative adult entertainment that challenges industry norms.

We're done with the way traditional strip clubs discriminate, fail to keep us safe, and steal our wages and tips. We’re re-making adult entertainment by the workers, for the workers- uplifting the radical diversity and creativity in our sex worker community and celebrating sex positivity. We believe in solidarity over competition: we “share the bag,” pooling tips to counteract divisive biases in the sex industry. We are committed to mutual aid with like-minded organizations and cooperatives in our community; together we are building a solidarity economy where all workers and people thrive
